Each athlete MUST have a completed Sports Physical by the first day of tryouts in order to participate in HMS sports. ALL forms must be completed and signed.

Completed physical forms MUST be uploaded to Aktivate prior to try-outs!

2025 Soccer Team Tryout Information and Important dates:

• Parent Information Meeting for boys and girls soccer team tryouts will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 in the Gymnasium.
• Soccer Tryouts will be held  August 18-20, 2025. 
• Students will not be allowed to tryout without an OCPS Sports Physical.
• Parent/legal guardian must register thier student and upload the OCPS Sports Physical on Aktivate.com
